We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Delivery is made via the postman or parcel delivery service of PostNL or DHL. In general, delivery takes place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. You will receive a track & trace message by email with the scheduled delivery time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.

Return

Sometimes you may want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or for some other reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You have another 14 days to return the product after cancellation.

You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the web shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 6.95 per parcel; for the exact rates, please consult your carrier's website. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@deconet.eu. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has been received back in good order.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary, we may charge you for this reduction in the value of the product. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when you return it.

Product exchange?

Want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact info@deconet.eu. However, you will bear the cost of returning the product yourself.
