Shipping

✔ Free shipping from € 30 (Netherlands and Belgium, other countries see shipping table)

* No delivery on Sundays. Exceptionally, carrier delays may occur.

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Delivery is made via the postman or parcel delivery service of PostNL or DHL. In general, delivery takes place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. You will receive a track & trace message by email with the scheduled delivery time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.

Return

Sometimes you may want to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product after all, or for some other reason.

Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

You will have another 14 days to return the package after cancellation. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to our return address are for your own account.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will have to be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@deconet.eu. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary, we may charge you for this reduction in the value of the product. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when you return it.

Product exchange?

Want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. Request a return of the product you want to exchange via info@deconet.eu and order the replacement product in our webshop. However, you will bear the cost of returning the product yourself.

Why you pay for returns yourself at Deconet.eu

At Deconet.eu we make every effort to process your order as clearly and carefully as possible. Nevertheless, it may happen that a product is not entirely to your liking. In that case, you can of course return it. In this case, you will have to bear the cost of returning it. We will gladly explain why:

1. We like to keep our prices competitive
At Deconet.eu, we want to keep our mosquito nets and accessories affordable for everyone. Instead of including return costs in our retail prices as standard, we choose to price our products as competitively as possible. That way, you only pay for what you need - and not for returns you might never make.

2. Returns have an environmental impact
We like to encourage conscious and sustainable shopping. Free returns sound convenient, but often result in unnecessary shipments and extra carbon emissions. By charging a small fee for returns, we hope customers choose just a little more consciously before ordering - and that's better for the environment. If you are unsure about material, our high-quality product photos help and you can even request free material samples from us.

3. Fair and transparent service
We believe it is important to be clear about how we work. No hidden costs, no hidden margins: just clear communication and fair prices. That's why you only pay return costs if a return actually takes place.
