With an order from €30,- your parcel will be shipped entirely free of charge within the Netherlands. For orders under €30,- you pay €5,95 for shipping costs. For other countries, please see the payment menu for shipping costs per country for different order values.
Our product range is available directly from stock. Ordered before 23:00 = shipped the same day = almost always delivered the next day (no delivery on Sundays).
IDeal
Payment with iDeal is possible with the following banks: ABN Amro, ING, Rabobank, SNS, Friesland Bank, Regio Bank, ASN, Triodos, Van Landschot and Knab.
Bancontact/Mister Cash & Maestro
Belgian customers can pay safely, easily, free of charge and without delay via their own bank with Bancontact/Mister Cash or Maestro.
Credit card (MasterCard & VISA)
You can pay easily and securely with your MasterCard or VISA credit card. Of course, we do not charge extra for paying by credit card.
When you order a product from us, you can rest assured that the product is of good quality. As standard, we give a 3-month warranty, with normal use, on all products we sell.
We advise you to keep the e-mailed order confirmation with your order number, as this information will enable us to deal with any complaints you may have.
If you have bought a product that has something wrong with it, please contact us, info@deconet.eu , so that we can try to provide an appropriate solution.
This can be done within 14 days of receipt.
Returns or exchanges (must be in original sealed packaging for hygiene reasons) return and enclose a note including order number, the indication of the size/model you want to exchange for (accompanied by your address details).
If it is not returned in its original packaging, we are obliged to charge €15.00 washing and repackaging costs.
The difference in money between sizes will then be refunded/should be transferred. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

We have no physical shops where you can collect your order but only an online shop. Our office is located in Breda. The warehouse is fully equipped to deliver your order to your home as quickly and efficiently as possible. As a result, this warehouse is not set up to receive customers and so it is not possible to collect your order there yourself.
Yes, shipping is done by PostNL or DHL. If you are not at home, they will often try again at a later time. You can check the status via the track&trace link.
The colours on your screen may differ from the real ones. We have the service to send you (free) colour samples if in doubt about this. Enter your postal address and request at info@deconet.eu.
Yes, but that only works if you also have your correct enter e-mail address.
No way, even if you were to order multiple mosquito nets.
