Whether you have a hammock with a mosquito net or a hammock without a mosquito net, the Travelnet Mountingkit makes hanging any kind of hammock a snap.
The wide fixing straps and the included filter protection mats keep the bark undamaged, which is also important!
The fastening straps have different loops so you can easily adjust the length or height.
Before hanging your hammock anywhere, look for a nice spot with two sturdy trees, poles or beams.
In the best situation, these trees, poles or beams are about 3 to 5 metres apart.
To determine the right height, decide for yourself whether you want to hang the hammock tightly or loosely, avoid hanging your hammock on the ground.
If the hammock hangs too high then getting in and out may not be easy.
Then wrap the fastening straps around the tree and pull it tight, don't forget the filten tree protection mats!
Place the filten mat between the tree bark and the fastening straps. Using the different loops, change the length of the cord and also the height of your hammock.
If the tree, post or beam is not too thick or for extra strength, you can twist the fastening straps additionally around the tree, post or beam.
Once you have set the fixing straps to the right height then insert the supplied carbin hook through one of the loops and the hammock.
Of course, you repeat this on the other side as well so your hammock hangs securely and you can start enjoying it to the fullest.
