Promotional terms and conditions - Summer Sale

The following conditions apply to the Summer Sale-action by Deconet.

1. Promotion period
   The discount is valid until 31 August 2025. After this date, the right to discount expires, regardless of the time of order or payment.

2. Application of the rebate
   The discount applies only to the prices of products covered by the promotion. Shipping costs are excluded of discount and are charged according to Deconet's standard rate.

3. Combination with other actions
   This promotion is not valid in combination with other discount codes, offers or ongoing promotions.

4. Return policy
   When returning products purchased during the promotion, the actual amount paid will be refunded. If part of the order is returned, the discount may be recalculated based on the remaining items.

5. Reservation amendments
   Deconet reserves the right to amend the promotion terms and conditions at any time or terminate the promotion early, without giving any reason.

6. Liability
   Errors in price or product listings during the promotional period cannot create any rights. Deconet is not liable for any printing or typing errors.

7. Applicable law
   On these conditions of action, it is Dutch law applicable.
